Outreach Programs

We are called in the name of Christ to reach out to our brothers and sisters in whatever ways we can. Some of the outreach ministries in which the members of St. James participate are listed below.

“CLOTHE MY PEOPLE”

Your Outreach committee is delighted to announce a new initiative — a clothing depot here at St James to provide good used clothing ,free of charge, to clients referred to us by other churches and social agencies in the area. The Depot is now open. See the Clothing Depot page.

We invite you to deposit your gently-used, seasonal, clothing in the Clothing Drop Box off the north parking lot, by the Parish House. If this is something that ‘speaks’ to you, please ‘speak’ to us [Lorraine Green, Judy Knighton, Cyril & Lucille Harper, Janet Russell & Lynn Edward] after church, or over coffee.
